By signing this form, you agree to the following terms to enter the draw:

1. The prize must be redeemed on a weekday only.

2. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another couple.

4. The prize must be claimed within 12 months from the date of winning.

5. The package includes:

o A legals only ceremony conducted by a qualified celebrant.

o A 2-hour professional photo shoot.

o A ceremony space within the grounds of the Australian Botanic Garden, Mount Annan.

o The prize is for a maximum of 30 people including the couple
